This service provides a relevant interface to agency cost accounting systems and supplies useful information for internal strategic alignment and financial performance monitoring. We manage resources throughout their life cycle, give particular attention to identifying and eliminating aged commitments and unliquidated obligations (ULOs), and assess budget reduction impacts. We believe empowering decision-makers with timely, accurate access to critical information is imperative.
Activity-based costing (ABC), our primary resource estimation method, provides the accurate estimation of resources – funding and the number full-time equivalents (FTEs) – required to efficiently execute the program’s mission.
